How do I sign up for public classes online?

Our group classes are open to the general public. Try different styles of health and fitness programming while working with our trainers in a small group setting. Sign up by downloading the Premiere Performance app directly to your phone or by clicking the Reservations link in the top navigation on our website. Once you create a WellnessLiving login, you can make all of your class registrations from the comfort of your own home. 

How long are my sessions good for?

PowerWatts pre-booked session packages expire at the end of each session and do not carry over to the next session. Drop-in packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.

What do I need to bring in on my first day?

Come with your health and fitness objectives in mind. If you have a history of medical issues or physical limitations - we would like to know! Depending on the service you are joining us for you will probably need to bring in a change of clothes. 

What should I wear?

All services require athletic clothing and shoes so that you can move and breathe freely throughout your appointment. Whether it be private training, athletic therapy, physiotherapy our trainers and therapists will be able to assess your range of motion and postural alignment easily without any restrictions from clothing.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointments. This allows time for you to get changed and fill out any necessary forms or waivers in order to get the most out of your time with your therapist or trainer. 

What if I arrive late?

Please Inform your therapist or trainer of any delays as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach them please call our reception at 514-934-6078 or email info@p2montreal.com to deliver your message. Our therapists reserve the right to charge a $35 late fee if deemed necessary For full information on cancellations please refer to our Policies.

Do you have change rooms?

Yes. We have fully equipped Men’s and Women’s change rooms that include showers, towel service and toiletries.

What you need to know before PowerWatts™?

  • During your first session, our coaches will do a bike fit and save the measurements to your profile.

  • The bikes are pre-adjusted for you before each session.

  • You’ll make gear changes just as you would on your own bike.

  • Our bikes are equipped with Shimano Ultegra Di2 and Shimano road pedals.

  • If you don’t have the right shoes, you can borrow our shoes for your session. We also sell Shimano road cleats.

  • You’ll need your cycling clothing and a water bottle.

  • Filtered water is available to fill your bottles.

  • Skratch hydration drink mix as well as bars and chews are sold at the front.

  • Is there a minimum age to participate in a PowerWatts™ class?

  • If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent/guardian signature to participate. 

  • You can also have your sessions automatically uploaded to Strava or TrainingPeaks.

  • You can book a drop in class up to 7 days prior.

Can I come in and use the gym?

Active clients are welcome to use the gym before or after a class or appointment. If you are coming in on a day where you don’t have a class or appointment then you will be required to purchase and reserve a Gym Libre pass (subject to availability)

Where are you located?

Premiere Performance is located along the Lachine Canal in Saint Henri. Conveniently accessible from Westmount, Atwater, Saint Henri and Downtown Montreal.  

Situated inside the Lachine Canal Complexe in Suite 156 at 4710 rue St. Ambroise, it is best to access the gym directly from door “D” and not the main entrance. (the most eastern entrance of the building). You will also see our sign on the outside wall

Do you have parking?

Yes, free parking is available to our client in the lot out front of the building on a first come, first serve basis. If it is your first time please request a parking vignette at the reception.

Am I able to leave my belongings at the gym?

You are not permitted to leave any of your belongings at the gym. If you leave your items at the gym and you don’t claim it within 30 days they will be given to charity.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted as well as debit payments. We do not accept cash.

Do you issue insurance receipts for therapy?

Yes, all our manual therapists can provide insurance receipts.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, they can be purchased directly from our app or WellnessLiving as well as in the studio.
